His impressive 42-year journey through business, manufacturing, and project management has equipped him with invaluable experience that fuels his passion for creating stunning spaces.
Joye Scheffler
Joye Ledford Scheffler proudly shares ownership of the business. Hailing from the heart of southern Ohio, she earned her degree from the University of Richmond. Joye thrives in collaboration with her husband, Davy, and Brian, contributing her exceptional listening abilities, infectious positivity, vibrant energy, and a delightful sense of humor. She finds immense joy in connecting with clients and is dedicated to helping them turn their visions for their kitchens or bathrooms into reality.
Carolina Venegas
Kitchen & Bath Design Specialist
Carolina brings more than 29 years of kitchen and bath design experience to every RVA Choice project. Trained as an industrial designer and certified through the National Kitchen and Bath Association, she has spent her career helping homeowners, builders, and designers turn ideas into spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
She is an expert in 2020 Design, the industry's leading kitchen and bath design software, and is known for producing detailed, presentation ready layouts that make the remodeling process clear and confident from the very first consultation. Her background spans high end residential kitchen design, custom cabinetry selection, closet systems, and full space planning with a specialty in helping clients visualize their finished space before a single cabinet is ordered.
Over the course of her career, Carolina has worked with some of the most respected cabinetry lines in the industry, including MasterBrand, Fabuwood, DesignCraft, Milino, and Medallion, among others. She has trained more than 45 dealers and designers on product selection and design best practices, and has consistently delivered some of the highest close rates in the businesses she has supported.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Carolina brings precision, creativity, and a calm, organized process to every project she touches. At RVA Choice, she is a key part of why our clients feel informed and confident at every step of the design journey.
